Welcome to 52 Weeks of Hope, Inspiration & Alignment!

I am Laura Dillon, and my intention is to support you in cultivating a practice of slowing down, breathing, and becoming present in your daily life. When I finally made space for this in my own life—and prioritized my mental and emotional well-being—everything began to shift in profound ways.

The truth is, most of us were never taught how to listen inwardly, how to trust our intuition, or how to honor that inner knowing we so often dismiss.

I created this platform as a tool and a simple and accessible way to take a pause during your week. If you are feeling stressed, burned out or overwhelmed or you just need to take a moment.

Think of me as your inspirational coach and your cheerleader. I am your biggest fan, jumping up and down from the sidelines, rooting for you and providing hope, inspiration and the courage to be yourself.

This course was born from a deep desire to share the insights and clarity that have come through during my meditations. Since beginning my practice of journaling and automatic writing in 2018, I’ve received messages of wisdom and inspiration that I came to realize were not meant for me alone. It took time to trust the power of what was coming through—but once I began sharing it with others and witnessing its impact, I knew it was meant to be offered more widely.
